If I wanted to get a best friend I would be nice, helpful, and caring to my friend, there are heaps of ways getting a friend and I've told you about one. Here is a reason why you should have friends, friends can play with you when your bored or sing a song together and other stuff? If people didn't have friends how can you have fun, and you're gonna be so lonely that you would want to play games, so there you have it why do you need a best friend and how to be a good friend.

Being a good friend isn't just about being nice it’s also about treating them how you would like to be treated, and treating them like your brothers and sisters. Some friends don’t get along but they always fix their mistake and apologize. Some friends get along good, and we are all different to each other, to me it doesn't matter what they look like because we are all different. If my friend has a friend that we don’t get along with it doesn't mean we can’t be friends because it is

Being Fit

Did you know your body is an amazing machine? It just needs to be used every day to keep it working well.

Exercise keeps your body strong and fit. Fitness means having the energy to work and play and all the things you want to do easily. Your body cannot store fitness so your need to exercise regularly to stay fit.

Exercise makes you feel and look better. It keeps your body a healthy weight that it helps you relax and sleep better, and when you exercise your body produces chemicals called endorphins which go to your brain and feel better.

Exercise the strength makes your muscles stronger. So you can work different parts of your body without feeling week. Exercise for stamina makes your heart and lungs stronger and helps blood flow easily around your body. Stamina is the ability to exercise for longer without getting tired or out of breath. So you need to move it!

How To Use Capital Letters

WALT: Write an explanation telling people what capital letters are and when you use them in writing.

Upper cases (capital letters) are bigger than lower cases (little letters). Capital letters are called upper cases and the little letters are called lower case. This will help you with when you can use it or how you use it.

You can put capitals for geographical places (places in the world) for example there is a big rugby game on Saturday and its NZ vs AUS. There are lots of things that start with capitals. At the start of a name it needs a capital like Owen. Geographical places are capitals of countries, and restaurants and more.  

You could use capitals after a ? For an example where is my dog?

“ I don’t know”. He was here last time but he disappeared when I had a drink. If there is a dot on the bottom of a question mark and that means it is a full stop, and also exclamation mark.

You have to use a upper case for the letter I by itself. For an example I was the first year six to get a jumper. I came fourth in high jump and shot put. Or you could say I’m really happy today and what a wonderful day. There are more than using the upper case on the letter I by itself. You also use capital I on I’m or I,ll and even I,ve.

You could use capital letters when you write the words like Christmas or New years Eve for an example I can’t wait for Christmas. Man all the boys at school can’t wait for that turkey for New Years Eve. There are more than these two words like Halloween and Easter and more.

You should always use capitals when you need to. Otherwise it wouldn't make sense so use them !
