Ambassador application

I would like to join to be an ambassador, because I am a not a shy person, I  am a confident  person. I would like to represent Point England and and show what the skills I have. I am really good at speaking in front of people, and memorising scips.

My skills are I am a good listener and speaking loudly which i really like to do.

I am also a good audience and am comfortable enough to speak to adults.

I have LEARN,CREATE,SHARE this persuasive writing for people to read.

2013 Reflection

This is a reflection about my goals from the year and my work

Reading

I am reading at 10.5 and i am really proud of that. i think what i need to learn on is to explain what is the story about

Writing

I need to write more and be creative and i also need to get use to writing. So my goal for next year is to write more and be much more creative

Maths

I really enjoy maths and i like how i solve the problem and the best part i like is when i solve it

Sport team

I  really enjoy my rugby team and thank you to my coaches Tisan and Mazel and my best day was when i scored a try

P.E
I really enjoyed p.e and thank you Miss Lavakula very much for letting us do other things about sport. My favourite was cricket and fotball

Manaiakalani Film festival

I had so much fun yesterday at the manaiakalani film festival, one of my funniest movies were room 14 and the Tamaki College movie. These movies were my favourite because they were movies that i have seen. It was also funny. There was not movie that i didn't like and thanks to all those children who made the movies.

There were over 60 movies but we did not watch all of them. There were over 400 kids who went yesterday. The couches were so comfortable i felt like sleeping on it.

Next year i hope i will see a better movies than this year,If i had a chance to make a movie i would make a video off a book. This year i had so much fun watching all those amazing writing.

The Unbirthday Birthday

“What kind of birthday party would you like any kind of” said Sam’s  Mum jumping up and down with excitement. She loved parties so much, what she loved about parties was sorting them.

The problem is that Sam did not want a party” But Mum did want a party so she pretend that she was not going to make on.

The problem was solved when him and his friend went for a ride on their bikes and came back home all muddy so they were washed with the hose. After they had a shower they had a giant mud cake and had fun.

Athletics

On Friday it was so cool because we had athletics. The first obstacle was when we done High Jump and the funny jump was when Maurice jumped and the stick went flying. I made a couple of jumps and i didn't make it when it went real high.

 The second round was sprints and this was the part that i was not good at. I came 5th out of six and on the last run Harlem fell and the lucky bit about him was he got up and stool bate some people and he came 3rd to last and stool made it to the finals. Harlem got takitimu a long way for running and other people. The

 3rd obstacle was discus and this is when i nearly came third but i just did not have enough power. My colour was Takitimu and i did not have a yellow shirt so i just wore my school uniform and 1st was Sirus 2nd was Stevensen and third was Shaun.

 After that we moved on to course 4 and that course was Javelin and this is where it got interesting. I went first and i came 1st place and Sateki went second and came second but after that i came second then i came third next i came out and that was when i was laughing.

Why I Should Have My Netbook

I must have my netbook so i can do my work. I will promise that i would never do that again. I would treat my netbook properly and do the right thing. I will promise that i would never play on anything bad for now and never. I would do the right thing and do what you tell Room 13 to do and do it properly. Also do the right thing online instead of paper.

Persuasive Arguments

In my opinion i think we should go to school so we can learn more about stuff like language week. I also think we should go to school and do other stuff that you have never done before. Also we can spend more time together with your friends and teachers.

I think this is a good idea so you can go and move up more levels and so you can get more points. For an example moving up a level like reading,writing, maths and inquiry. I also think this is a good idea so you can get to spend more time with new friends.

In my opinion if i was the minister i would say for kids to go school and to do a great job.

Immersion Assembly

On Monday the 14th we had Immersion Assembly and it was much more funny than term 3’s immersion assembly. The best part of immersion assembly was how Miss Walters and Noah from room 10 were playing around with pancakes and eating them. They both were wearing lipstick and and how Miss Walters was putting cream on Noah's face.

Yesterday on the 24th of september 2013 we read a book called Waiohine flood, my part of the story was verse 1. my verse was have you seen a taniwha dancing in the flood? i have seen a taniwha's footprint drying in the mud. i hope you like this and please engoy.

C.R.E

Today at C.R.E  Mordeccai was crying because he was about to get killed because he was a due. After that the queen asked her servant to go and see what's the matter then he went to see what was the matter. Then the servant went to ask what was the matter to Mordeccai, then Mordeccai said me and the queen and all the due people are going to die. After that Mordeccai said take this to the queen and then the servant ran all the way back and said all the due people are about to get killed.


After that the queen ran to the king and lucky she did not get killed because the king put up his golden stick, he was so proud to see the queen. The queen wanted to see him at her party, i will tell more about tommorow.

This is a short Vimeo about Paul,Onesimus, and Philemon. In the story Onesimus steals some money from Philemon when he was sleeping. After that Onesimus runs far away until he gets to this really big place. Once he saw a house so he went in and meet a guy called Paul, Paul said' hello young man why are you here, then Onesimus said i am running away from Philemon. Then Paul said i am a follower of Jesus so is he,i know him and please take this notice to him. Then he said ok, he ran all the way back and bend on his knee and said please forgive me and Philemon said i accept your apologise. Thank you.

What we learned at C.R.E

Today at C.R.E, Mrs Clark told us a story about Esther.

We are learning to be and do the best that we can. We can do this by respecting and caring for others. 

Kakariki

This is a story i read it is called Kakariki. In the beginning he is a beautiful bird that has beautiful red feathers. One day the mean bird said that looks ugly but then Kakariki thought in his head i like the way i look. Then the bird said maybe he is right then he gave all his feathers to the mean bird. After that the mean bird said look at me i am the prettiest of all. So Kakariki left because he saw the mean bird doing that and he lied. Next Kakariki grew green feathers and he lived happily ever after.

Loving And Caring

Today in C.R.E we learnt about showing love to anyone even when its hard and we also learned a new song.

I find it hard to love people when people steal and who are not forgiving.  I also i find it easy when people are caring about others.

Life Ed Reflection

Peer pressure is someone around your age who is pushing you into bad and good things like people need to remember to use their wits and listen to the person who's talking to you about good things.. Passive means like your important but I’m not important. Assertive means someone to make their own good choices and has a happy day.

Whats a food chain

A food chain is an order of what living things eat in there ecosystem. Did you know that a producer makes its own food? An example is plankton and plants. A consumer eats a producer. A consumer is a living thing that eats other living thing and does not know how to make its own food. And a decomposer eats dead plants and dead animals. A food chain starts with a producer like a algae. Then it gets eaten by a krill. Next it gets eaten from a fish then to a penguin. then to a leopard seal next a killer whale eats the leopard seal.
