I Luminate

I Luminate had come to Pt England School for a wonderful performance. They had performed in PES (Pt England School) hall on Tuesday the 10th of may. They were invited from a very special guest from last term who thought we were amazing, so she had asked I Luminate to come and perform.

Their costumes were really interesting with the lights and technology used and movements. They must have been sweating so bad with all the heat and extra layers of light. Their masks were cool and it kinda looked liked the power rangers.

They had a lot of music and remix that they had danced to like the whip and nae nae and happy and more. There was a lot of speed moving around and actions. The leader was cool because he jumped high off the stage and done two back flips.

Overall I just really liked the performance and costumes and everything and especially their passion.

Revolution Tour

Revolution tour had come to Pt England School for a wonderful performance. They had performed in PES (Pt England School) hall on Wednesday the 11th of may. They were invited from Mrs Nua so were were really lucky. We were so lucky we had 3 special guest in one week. The first was I Luminate, the second was Nate from Attitude, and the third is well Revolution Tour.

There was this really funny guy and I think his name was Rejy and he could play his trumpet. He even taught us some words which were powerful. The first was (I CAN/ YOU CAN/ WE CAN/ I GOT YOUR BACK). He made us believe to achieve our goals  and our destiny, he also taught us to worry about what you're doing and to not to judge others. This was one of his jokes, I was on the world's fastest roller coaster, and it was going so fast his fat was going at the back back of him and was making the girl suffocate.

Rejy had played his trumpet for the music frozen and more, he was like a professional. He was like the funniest guy I had ever met because he didn't care  about what others thought of him. I really felt sorry for him because his mum had given him away and kept his 2 sisters and his brother and gave him away.

Overall I just really loved Rejy and him playing his trumpets and all the others.

Hikianalia

This is my group's slide show for our waka's we have been learning about. Hope you enjoy!!

Kindness Talk

On Wednesday we had Nate come over to our school and was really funny, he was a great person for us to be inspired. He works at a Attitude place and gives inspirational talks to children, he made us really happy and cheerful.

He talked to us about who we are and what we do with our life, there was a dog who was the golden retriever, The otter was the crazy one, The lion was the angry one and I can't really remember the last one but I am the peace golden retriever.

Revolution Tour

The revolution Tour also came on may the 12th and we were really lucky, they came from america just to see us and to give us some inspirational talk. It was a real privilege to have them here.

There were a lot of them that were really funny and sad but that's all good. There was one main guy that we really felt sorry because his parents gave him away and kept his two sisters and his brother.

We just really wish they could come back and visit us again.

Fighting Gravity

This week we had I luminate come to our school for a great performance but this is a video from fighting gravity but it is really alike so hope you enjoy. They have given us great confidence about dancing and not to be shy.
