Being Fit


Did you know your body is an amazing machine? It just needs to be used every day to keep it working well.





Exercise keeps your body strong and fit. Fitness means having the energy to work and play and all the things you want to do easily. Your body cannot store fitness so your need to exercise regularly to stay fit.




Exercise makes you feel and look better. It keeps your body a healthy weight that it helps you relax and sleep better, and when you exercise your body produces chemicals called endorphins which go to your brain and feel better.


Exercise the strength makes your muscles stronger. So you can work different parts of your body without feeling week. Exercise for stamina makes your heart and lungs stronger and helps blood flow easily around your body. Stamina is the ability to exercise for longer without getting tired or out of breath. So you need to move it!

    I am an EDM 310 student at the University of South Alabama. Good job on your blog post. I started working out this week, so my entire body is really sore as we speak. You really know your facts about fitness. From now on, when I want to skip the gym, I am definitely going to be reminded of your blog post. Very impressive, Owen! Great work!
