Fun Ways To Learn Maori
By Owen

Kids learning different words and games. Most importantly Maori.

Kids are  loving Maori because they have learnt different games and words. They said that one of the games they played was Ki o Ra hi. Some of the words they learnt was Tupu, Taniwha, and Te Roto. Teachers also like  to teach Maori and show experience about Maori.

Kids at Pt England have Maori rotation in class 6,7, and 8. People never knew that Maori was also about sport and weaving and also making different things. They like learning Waiatas which is Maori songs and singing.

If a student got to be there man there would be heaps to learn about. There would be games and words to learn. When interviewed Night said he love’s carving because he likes doing shape’s.

Pt England is a big fan of Maori and loves learning.

Year 6’s Get To Upgrade Their Uniform

I have written a newspaper Article
Year 6’s Get To Upgrade Their Uniform
Pt England- Owen

Year 7 and 8 get to show off with their new jackets. Year 6 are upgrading their clothes with the colour black.

When they upgrade they are going to look stunning because they are black with zips and pockets and even the school logo. Seniors get a new uniform because they will be a year 7. Year 6s will be going to a different class with the jackets.

The jackets will cost $55 and it is pretty expensive. They still don’t care because they love it. Man that is expensive but to everyone its cheap for them. That would be cool if they were selling it around that area.

They will be getting new uniforms because they like different cloths, beside who would like to wear the same cloths when you were about 5 years old . Who would like to where the same 5 year old  cloths when you're older. They would like to change right now.
